1: Contract with Customer
The contract between Rainbow ink and the customer comes into existence upon Rainbow ink acceptance of the customers order i.e when payment has been received.
2: Pricing and Availability
The prices of the goods are those specified on the Rainbow ink website, the price as displayed is inclusive of V.A.T. (at the standard U.K. rate), orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable the customer will be notified by e-mail. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
3: Delivery Of Goods
Availability permitting all orders paid for by credit card will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders paid by cheque require 5-7 working days for clearance and then dispatched in the same way. Delivery may take longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter etc. This is due to the large volume of mail handled by the Royal Mail at these times.

4: Return/Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of each printed garment, refunds will only be given at the discretion of company management. We cannot unfortunately cover the costs of returns postage.
